Detailed Contents of Plan for Designation of Investment Promotion Zone

(Related to Article 5 (1) 1)

1. Name, location and size of the investment promotion zone:

(a) Name (to determine the name of the investment promotion zone in consideration of the character of the investment project, such as Jeju ○○○ investment promotion zone);

(b) Location (location map indicating lot number and main facilities in the surrounding area);

(c) Size (total size, surface area where a facility in which investment is to be made and subsidiary facilities are to be installed, surface area where infrastructure, such as roads, etc. necessary for the operation and management of a facility in which investment is to be made and subsidiary facilities, is to be installed).

2. Trade name or name and nationality of the investor:

(a) Personal information on the investor:

i. Trade name or name (personal information of the representative in cases of an enterprise);

ii. Address;

iii. Nationality;

(b) Main business in operation (in cases of an enterprise).

3. Method of developing or managing the investment promotion zone:

(a) Methods of development;

(b) Methods of management, etc.

4. Details of investment, scale of employment and details of the project:

(a) Outline of the project (details);

(b) Details of investment:

i. Details of total investment;

ii. Annual investment plan;

iii. Investment plan by project, etc.;

(c) Scale of employment and employment plan:

○ Status of directly and indirectly employed persons, employment plan, etc.

1. Name, location and size of the investment promotion zone:

(a) Name (to determine the name of the investment promotion zone in consideration of the character of the investment project, such as Jeju ○○○ investment promotion zone);

(b) Location (location map indicating the lot number and main facilities in the surrounding area;

(c) Size (total size, surface area where a facility in which investment is to be made and subsidiary facilities are to be installed, surface area where infrastructure, such as roads, etc. necessary for the operation and management of a facility in which investment is to be made and subsidiary facilities, is to be installed);

2. Institution developing the investment promotion zone:

(a) Developing institution and its representative;

(b) Address;

3. Plan for attracting investments:

(a) Facilities for which investments are to be attracted;

(b) Standards for selecting facilities in which investments are to be made;

(c) Plan for activities to attract investments in and outside Korea.

4. Development plan for the investment promotion zone:

(a) Methods of development: Class 2 district-unit plan pursuant to the National Land Planning and Utilization Act or the development of an amusement park;

(b) Period for the development project;

(c) Land use plan: Size of site divided according to the layout plan for facilities in which investment is to be made, and scheme drawing of land use plan;

(d) Plan for installation of main infrastructure;

○ Plan for transportation facilities, such as internal roads, access roads, etc. of the investment promotion zone;

○ Plan for supplying water, such as water for living, etc.;

○ Plan for the treatment of sewage and wastes;
