General Affairs Officer

- Make and adjust the basic plan of the Council Secretariat
- Manage Council Members' registration and support their outside activities
- Work related to official events and welfare benefits for Council Members and staff
- Support national meetings for Chairpersons of cities and provinces
- Work related to all Council Members' research work
- Carry forward international exchange project
- Reward related work
- Report property registration and change for public servants
- Deal with resignation letter of Council Member and notify vacancy during out of session
- Recruit/transfer/discipline office workers (excl. regular personnel)
- Manage works and investigate/handle irregularity of office workers
- Manage security, emergency plan, office protection and security policemen
- Work related to attendance/visit, order maintenance and guard request to chamber
- Work related to organizing and executing budget and property of Council
- Collect and promote data of Council activities, make and edit video record
- Support writing for event speeches
- Manage an internet relay broadcasting of Council meeting
- Run and manage Council's webpage
- Work related to publishing newsletter/circular of Council

Personnel Matters Officer

- Make and adjust the basic plan for meeting operation
- Make a basic schedule for the annual Council operation
- Work related to operations on regular meetings
- Work related to leave approval and the absence of Council Members
- Run meetings for all Council Members and support operations of committees
- Save and manage voting documents
- Work related to questions & written inquiries on provincial politics/educational
   administration
- Support all Council Members' activities in and out of the province during the session
- Work related to passing bills (application, forwarding, submission to regular meetings, etc.)
- Work related to operations of Model Council
- Work related to hearings on the appointee
- Work related to writing, publishing, maintaining and editing minutes
- Work related to minutes' reading and copy approval
- Manage and maintain a broadcasting control room
- Work related to the arrangement and management of tachygraphers

Legislation & Policy Officer

- Make basic plan of policy and support for legislation
- Work related to making and modifying local regulations in Council's jurisdiction
- Work related to Residential Lawmaking and Audit Requests
- Deal with legal suits on Council and run legal advisers
- Work related to holding discussion/seminar/workshop for all Council Members
- Write ordinance proposed by Council Members
- Support reviewing an ordinance upon request by committee
- Work related to writing a resolution/suggestion proposed by Council Members
- Work related to academic research service
- Support including research and analysis on major current issues on Council activities
- Work related to the receipt and process of civil complaints including petition and appeal
- Work related to policy proposal such as Council activities
- Research and investigate domestic & foreign resources for improvement of Council System
- Work related to Recall of Elected Officials & Residents' Lawsuit System

Specialized Committeeman
(excl. Specialized Committeemen on Budget and Accounts)

- Work related to bills (on ordinance, budget, etc.) belong to each committee
- Collect, investigate and research evaluation for bills of committees
- Work related to the process of petition and appeal
- Work related to policy development for bills of committees
- Write a review report of committees' bill and assist progress of proceedings
- Approval works on attendance/filming/recording/relay broadcasting for committee
   conferences
- Work related to hosting hearings/seminar/debate that a committee arranges
- Work related to monitoring/investigating of administrative affairs
- Work related to opening hearings on the appointee (a standing committee that the personal
   affairs department belongs to)
- Supporting works for Special Committees' administration (if a Committee is formed)
- Work related to supporting management of a negotiation body (Specialized Committeeman 
   for Council operation)
- Supporting administration works of Special Committee on Ethics (Specialized
   Committeeman for Council operation)
- Office work of Policy Advisory Members
   A. Support activities on ordinance's enactment, open and shut, budget & accounts
       evaluation, administration work monitoring, investigation, etc.
   B. Support Council activities of Standing Committee or its members
   C. Collect/analyze/support writing inquiries for the regular session & Standing Committee
   D. Analyze/support writing presentations for hearing, seminar and debate
   E. Receive/collect & analyze/write requirements from Council Members
   F. Support requirements of Members regarding Council activities

Specialized Committeemen on Budget and Accounts

- Analysis/assessment of important projects for the province and budget
- Analysis/review of appropriateness on a provincial financial plan
- Review appropriateness on issuing a local bond
- Work related to a budget & accounts plan of Specialized Committee on Budget and
   Accounts (SCBA)
- Collect/investigate/research of evaluation materials for a SCBA's bill
- Write a review report for a SCBA's bill and assist progress of proceedings
- Approvals on attendance/filming/recording/relay broadcasting for SCBA's conferences
- Work related to developing a policy belong to SCBA
- Hosting works on hearing/seminar/debate by SCBA
- Support Members regarding other budget and accounts
