The Council inspects administration affairs within 10 days among the second regular session each year on execution office and does so for a certain issue frequently to reinforce te clarity of administration and inspection function of execution.

Process Procedure

Preparation

Decide the date of the inspection

 

Write an inspection plan for administration office work

Propose matters that require approval at the gathering of institutions which are to be inspected (to each Standing Committee)

Approve at the gathering of the institutions to be inspected

Write an inspection plan

Appoint office support staff for the administration office inspection

 

Send an inspection plan, including the submission of relevant reports and documents

 

Execution

Undertake the administration office inspection (for each Standing Committee)

-Declaration of the inspection and relevant greetings
-Greetings by each institution and introduction of the directors
-Report, inquiry and response
-Comment on the inspection results and declaration of the close of the inspection

Write & send the report of the results of the administration office inspection (by each Standing Committee to the Chairperson)
